Beauty Doesn’t Have To Be That Painful
While waxing is not painless, it is not that mental image from 40-year-old virgin that we all know & cringe in fear over. When done correctly, hair removal should be tolerable in sensation so that you not only feel comfortable throughout the service, but can’t wait to come back to keep seeing the AMAZING results.
At Browology, we use professional quality, vegan and cruelty free Hard Wax for your most sensitive areas that will only grab your hair and not your skin along with it. This ensures for less redness, irritation and longer lasting results for your most sensitive areas. We do use soft (or strip) wax for brows and larger body areas for waxing. However, if you do have preference to only using Hard Wax, just make sure to let your specialist know before getting started. We want you to have the best results with minimal to no irritation post wax.
While we can’t promise no discomfort through your session, we can tell you that those small twinges of it is BEYOND worth the end result of smooth and hair-free results for weeks over just days. Hair removal is a new way to find your inner confidence and we can’t wait to show you the way!

LANE IS A TRUE UNICORN, A BORN AND BRED NASHVILLE NATIVE. SHE BECAME LICENSED IN ESTHETICS BACK IN 2018 AFTER GRADUATING FROM TCAT NASHVILLE. SHE HAS SPENT THE LAST 6 YEARS TRULY HONING IN ON HER CRAFT IN OFFERING INCLUSIVE HAIR REMOVAL SERVICES AND NATURAL BROW/LASH TREATMENTS. HER PASSION GOES FAR BEYOND JUST ALLOWING HER CREATIVITY TO SHINE THROUGH ESTHETICS. IT HAS ALL TO DO WITH MAKING EVERYONE WHO ENTERS HER SPACE FEELS SAFE AND CELEBRATED,. LANE IS TRAINED IN BODY WAXING, CERTIFIED IN LASER HAIR REDUCTION, AND 2X CERTIFIED IN BROW LAMINATION, LASH LAMINATION (LIFTING), AND HYBRID BROW TINTING.
Outside of the salon, Lane enjoys her many hobbies and time with family/friends. She loves nature adventures with her husband and dogs, long walks through flora plant shop in east nashville, checking out a new restaurant or fun bar, or snuggling up with a cozy craft or book.

Lane is the Boss Lady of Browology. She is a born & bred Nashville native. She graduated from TCAT Nashville in Esthetics back in 2018, and has been a Licensed Esthetician for over 6 years. Lane specializes in precision hair removal through both waxing and laser treatments. In addition to expert hair removal, she's passionate about natural brow and lash styling, Lane has been 2x certified in Brow Lamination, lash lamination & Hybrid Tinting techniques. She has also been fully trained and certified through Venus Concept on our velocity diode laser.
Outside of the salon, Lane is a doggy mom who enjoys quality time going on adventures with her husband. She also loves checking out the newest restaurants around town, has her kindle attached to her hip with a good book always downloaded, all things plants, and watching all of the latest shows.

Kristina Hoertner
Salon Manager, Licensed Esthetician - Specialist in Brazilian Waxing and Brow & Lash Lamination
Kristina is California born & Nashville raised! She graduated from TCAT Nashville back in 2021 and has been a Licensed Esthetician for over 2 years. Kristina is so passionate about her work and seeing your smiling faces as you leave the salon. She has been fully trained in Full Body Waxing. She is Norvell certified in Sunless Tanning and is also certified in Brow Lamination, Lash Extensions, & Dermaplaning. As well as 2x Elleebana certified in Lash Lamination.
Outside of the salon, Kristina is a doggy mom who enjoys constant adventure. She loves to travel, tiny tattoos, reading a good book, to spend quality time with friends, and checking out the latest pop-up bar in Nashville. She also loves community & creating new connections with like-minded women around the city, so check out @nashvillebabehangs on IG for upcoming women’s events in Nashville that she hosts!
• When you book your first appointment, you will be prompted to place a card on file. This is just to secure your appointment and only needed for speedier checkouts or for late cancellations.
- Your card will never be charged without prior notice done either via call, text, email or voicemail.
• All non-emergent cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time are a penalty fee of 50% of your scheduled services.
• No shows are a penalty fee of 100% of your services booked. Multiple no shows will result in banning from booking future services
• If your card declines in processing, you will be required to pay that balance before booking future appointments.
• Illness/Emergency cancellations will be waived from all penalty fees. If you are sick, for everyone’s safety, please do not come to your appointment. and please let us know as soon as you can that you will not be coming.
• If you have 2 or more services booked and wish to take off 1 or more from your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. If you arrive and ask to take off 1 or more services from your appointment, this will be treated as a normal cancellation and will be a penalty of 50% of the services you wish to not have performed.
• If you would like to move your appointment earlier or later in the day of your appointment, this does not involve a penalty fee, but is based on current availability. If there are no openings, you may keep your time, reschedule or cancel. Cancel or reschedule would be subject to 50% penalty fee.
• Allow yourself enough time to fight the odds before your arrival. Do notify us via call, text or email if running behind. - Arriving more than 10-15 minutes late could result in needing to reschedule you which will be considered a no show and result in a penalty fee of 100% of your services booked.
- If there is still time to complete some but not all of your service(s), you are still responsible to pay the full amount of what you have scheduled.
• Frequent occurrences of late cancelling appointments can result in your booking process being moved to calling in for day of openings or being banned from booking future appointments.
As our client family, we appreciate you all so dearly for your support and last thing that we enjoy doing is being the bearer of bad news in having to charge these penalty fees. We hope that you all can understand that servicing all of you is how we all, as a staff, make our livelihood. We just ask you all as our amazing client family to respect our policies in place and that we do have to strongly enforce them to keep our staff and Browology going.
